How to get from Osaka to Kanazawa?

The journey between Osaka and Kanazawa involves two steps, following the extension of the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Tsuruga in March 2024. We recommend taking the Limited Express Thunderbird train from Shin-Osaka Station to Tsuruga Station. From there, you will transfer to the Hokuriku Shinkansen for Kanazawa Station. This train combination efficiently connects the two cities.
